A diagnosis for why I missed the 10th anniversary of this blog.

I’ve been writing this blog for over a decade. I missed the deadline, back November 4. I reckon it only makes sense. The times I was most into this blog were in 2004-2005 when I would write silly short quips (a task now largely relegated to @Pixelation on Twitter), when I was jobless and homeless in 2007 (now I’m a doctor, see @Proflos on Twitter, and those times I interacted with fans to create stuff (see @puntitled on Twitter). In my spare time (ha!) I now mostly just work on podcasts (see @internaldialogs on Twitter), on card games (see @dosecards on Twitter), or trolling Twitter (see @gabethebeaver on Twitter). So it wasn’t expected that these tasks would take over and get in the way of my celebrating this blog’s anniversary.

In sum, the reason this blog has fallen behind the times is 100% the fault of Facebook. Fuck Facebook.
