Would you tell anyone if you won the lottery?

As best as I can remember, I talked about how the question was too positive for my liking. It reminded me of the Newcomb paradox, which is a paradox where either choice you make gives you a chance to make lots of money. Then I rephrased the ‘would you tell anyone if you won the lottery’ question into something far, far worse:
Would you tell anyone if you got HerpeAIDS?
And then answered ‘no, but I’d try to share the wealth’ to both questions.

It really was a wonderful post. Sorry if you missed it. I’d try telling you all the hilarious jokes I wrote in that post, but… you kind of had to be there.

ANSWER THE QUESTION DAMN IT!!! 👿
Nice reply 😆
What comment plugin are you using… I know this is off subject but I love it… Or is it something built into your theme?
Love this look by the way 😀
Thanks! 🙂
As for plug-ins, I have WP AJAX Edit Comments enabled, which lets you edit your comments up to two hours after you post them. I also have the WP-Grins enabled, which show the clickable smilies. After that, there’s the Browser Sniff plugin and IP 2 Country which fills in the information about my users.
I think what you’re talking about, however, is the quotation looking comments. Those are built into the theme, but heavily modified by me.
Its really nice. Is it all XHTML friendly? I love the Browser Sniff and IP 2 Country plugins too.
One thing I have found is it does take awhile to post a comment on here. Is that the AJAX or the other plugins? Or is it the host? Or maybe its just me 😛
EDIT (Hehe I used your AJAX edit thingy.. 😳 )
That IP 2 Nation thing is damn annoying! but I also cant find the browser thing… Not sure about the ajax plugin… may give it a test.
Yeah, the IP thing gave me so many headaches when I first installed it. Frankly, it’s not worth the hassle.
Also, I think the AJAX plugin makes things take twice as long to post. I leave it in because the functionality is better than anything else I’ve seen. I want people to be able to edit or preview their comments and AJAX seems to be the nicest way to do that.
Here’s the link to the browser plugin. It’s easier to install than the IP plugin, but it’s also almost three years old.
In conclusion: my setup works for me, but getting it this way took a lot of work and a few headaches.
EDIT: Oh, and it’s all XHTML friendly… I think.
I like a bit of hard work (If its worth it). I seem to be redesigning my site ever month or so at the moment because i keep tweaking things till tons of bugs appear then I give up and start again… But this time I shall keep it all XHTML and CSS friendly.
I may try to work on a some WP plugins or maybe try updating one or 2 till I get the hand of it.
