Hi Pix. I thought I had heard of every pop-psych., ra-ra corporate scaminar there was, but this is new to me. It is an extension or a group exercise extrapolation of an accepted psychological model that I am acquainted with. It wasn’t Jung, or Lang, or Maslow, I don’t think, but I can’t remember who it was. Basically, you draw the same four chambered box. One chamber is the personna that you want to project publicly (or think you are projecting), one is the stuff you know about yourself but don’t want generally known, one is the self that others perceive from your outward behavior, and the last is the denied self, or those aspects of you that you don’t believe exist.
