My friends think I’m crazy– some think other, worse, things– but I’ve never liked towels. Never felt the need for them.
When I had short hair, I would just get dressed after showering and by the time I was ready for school, I would be dry. Later on, when my hair started getting longer, I would go several hours before I was dry. But I didn’t care. I liked the way my hair looked like wet and it was worth the effects if I could just save the extra step of drying myself (I also had germophobic secondary reasons for avoiding towels).
So mock or deride me if you will, at least I save a precious twelve seconds of routine daily that you’re forced to endure. Why, over the course of only one calendar year, I will save approximately one hour and thirteen minutes!
Whoo!! Go me! Maybe I’ll be able to catch up on my sleep/dozing off time with that.
And if you think I’m saving time with that, wait until I calculate the inefficiency of napkins!
